Sources of expertise

The MEFMI Secretariat is based in Harare, Zimbabwe. The Institute draws its expertise from highly qualified individuals drawn from the MEFMI region on a competitive base. The Institute is headed by an Executive Director - Dr Ellias E. Ngalande with the support of four programme directors, 14 programme officers and nine support staff . The Institute also works closely with experts from regional and international institutions including freelance regional experts, trained trainers and peer organisations. |
